I had a wonderful experience at this computer repair store. I brought in my daughter’s iPad, and they took the time to carefully check it, clearly explain what the problem was, and walk me through the solution. Their communication was respectful, patient, and professional, which I truly appreciated. The store itself is very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing trustworthy and friendly tech service.

I brought my PC to Panhandle PC for help with an issue. The staff was polite and didn’t charge me, which I greatly appreciated. However, communication wasn’t the best — I had to call multiple times for updates, and I didn’t really get clear information on the status of my PC. Ultimately, the problem wasn’t fixed and I ended up resolving it myself. rebuilding my whole pc with a new motherboard which they told me I might have to do bc of my new cpu wasn’t compatible with the motherboard i originally had. Not a bad place, just wish the communication and follow-up were stronger. Granted i know people are busy at times.

Kyle had great reviews and I left a dead laptop with him to see if anything could be saved. He called me to let me know it was a motherboard gone bad. I appreciated his honesty and his service. I will be seeing him for any and all of my computer needs.
