I had a problem that I had worked on unsuccessfully for several days and had reached the point of giving up. I called Panhandle Computer and Eric walked me through a fix over the phone. I called Eric, and he picked up the computer, explaining that he would run some diagnostics over night and let me know. After two weeks went by, I emailed him for an update. It was several days later before I heard back when Eric responded with a long, rambling email that basically said that he hadn't gotten around to it yet. I mailed several more times but no response. I did get an unsolicited email from him though saying he was done would return the computer in the next day or two. He never showed. Finally, three months after he took the computer, I emailed him again saying that I would give him 48 hours to return it, fixed or not, or I would call the police to report it stolen. He returned the computer the next day. He still hadn't fixed it.
