My phone's screen was broken so I took it to get repaired. They didn't have mine right away but they told me the price and that it would take 3 days to get therer and it did! Got my phone fixed in about an 1 hour. My phone was low on battery so when I came to pick it up they were charging my phone. Also since I had already pre-ordered my glass screen protector I had it with me and they gladly helped me put it on. Best customer experience ever! Thank you so much!

Buyer beware!!! I went to this location after seeing ads on Facebook marketplace for their used phones. I went there and purchased an iPhone 8 for my wife. At first they said they only had a 24 hour cashback policy, but I explained that she works 10 hour days and would not have a lot of time to look at the phone, so they agreed to extend it to a 48 hour. However, despite them saying they go through the phone and check everything, the phone unexpectedly shut off while my wife was looking at it due to a faulty old battery (“Battery health“ was under 80%). I went back the next day, and the employee (Who for the second day in a row opened the... Buyer beware!!! I went to this location after seeing ads on Facebook marketplace for their used phones. However, despite them saying they go through the phone and check everything, the phone unexpectedly shut off while my wife was looking at it due to a faulty old battery (“Battery health“ was under 80%). I went back the next day, and the employee (Who for the second day in a row opened the store 20 minutes late) told me that only the owner does repairs and that he will be back at noon but can put a new battery in the phone for me. I came back at 12:15 to see how the progress was going, and she said that he got stuck in traffic on a trip back from New York City, and would not be back until 230. I asked for a full refund, but then they tried charging me a $15 fee for taking the paper off the charger. It wasn’t until I got on the phone with my wife and explain to her the situation, and said out loud with the owner on their speakerphone within earshot, that I was going to get in touch with a lawyer and then the police did they agree to honor the 48 hour cash back promise. They lie about the work they do, and they tried to make me feel like I was the bad guy by not wanting to wait another 2 1/2 hours. Absolutely horrible customer service, do not recommend!
