I was greeted at the door by Ryan Ferraro, and after briefly discussing what I had seen online, I was shown the car in question. It was exactly what we were looking for, and the price was fair. It was a little more than we were prepared to pay because we had not accounted for taxes, etc., in the final cost. However, after looking at a few other options, we decided to get the car we really wanted and spend above our budget. Ryan was a great man to work with, and he made everything easy from the initial deposit to the final signing and delivery of our new car. I strongly recommend saving a trip to Vegas and keeping your purchases local here in... I had to have my transmission service on my 2024 Silverado 2500 Duramax. The transmission was not shifting correctly. I brought it in on a Monday and the transmission had been repaired and back on the road again Thursday afternoon. This is phenomenal service considering most Warranty transmission service through GM is out at least a month or more. I am from Fresno California and was visiting my brother for the weekend with my travel trailer and there was no way I was going to pull my travel trailer back home with the transmission still having this problem. Staff is always freindly and attentive at PVAP. I do think that 2 hours for an oil change is a bit on the long side. When I started comming here they normally took about 1 hour. However, very satisfied with the service and will continue to come here for all my maintainance needs.
service was confusing, who was in charge, lube guys or auto tech? I was passed around for where to pay and how to pay. There was no review with me of work checked or done. In the past I always received a printout from the lube guys, I didn't know who was in charge. This causes me to question things, for example: I had the transmission fluid changed ($884) on the work sheet it says "filled transmission to spec." However, the dashboard told me it was only 75% life? If someone had reviewed the sheet with me I would have asked about it. I trust your team or I wouldn't go there, but you can do better.
