Good luck trying to get a payment plan. With monthly power bills at $250 during the winter. My account is a little behind. Was told today I can't get a payment plan until I bring my account to 0. Wow that sounds reasonable definitely will need it then. So much for then bragging about having affordable plans. I wish we had a choice in companies.

I received an email notifying me that our power would be shut off for maintenance. They stated it would be shut off between noon and 12:30 and be restored by five pm. No problem I know they have to do maintenance. I planned my day around the times they stated. I was in the shower when they shut the power off an hour to an hour and a half early. I am pissed. If they wanted to shut iff at eleven M they should have stated Ellen am and not a later time. Of course I called and they would not restore the power for another 1/2 hour. Needless to say I’m totally screwed because of their incompetence

Power goes out at least once a month and it’s always the big green power box behind the house. I hear it pop every time the power goes out. I’m no electrician but to me it looks like their old equipment is out dated and can’t handle the power load. This has been going on for years at this point. There should be a discount based on their inferior power equipment that will go out like clockwork every month, and it’s not for a few hours like they claim every time it’s an all day ordeal. These guys are a joke!

Power outages at least once a month since July 1st. The one tonight from midnight. Now 4am and still off. They say it is due to work being done to prevent fires. As such, and as they send an email after the power goes off, it seems logical, they would be able to give advanced notification, so customers can plan ahead. My 90 year old mother is stuck in her power recliner.
