I called around 11:00 am, Monday, Dec. 29, 2025. I noticed what looked like a water leak on the floor in front of my dishwasher, as well as a small amount of standing water inside. They were able to send out a technician, Alex that same day about an hour later, which was great! He was very professional, got right to work and was able to quickly determine there was was no water leakage after running the dishwasher through a couple of cycles.. Great news! A small amount of standing water, apparently is typical for some dishwashers. Alex did note that there was some soap build up which he remedied with a small amount of olive oil. (Who would hav...
