The level of service at this shop is above and beyond. Great communication, extremely knowledgeable staff, and the willingness to make everything exactly right. This is what sets P & A apart from all other auto repair shops, you can definitely expect incredible customer service, on top of the top-tier skills of the mechanics.
They did a complete engine replacement on my Jeep, kept the costs to a minimum, and I drove it out of there feeling like I had a new car. This was over summer 2025, and the car is still running perfectly. The price for the whole operation was thousands less than the dealer, and so much less stressful.

Honestly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again! My car was acting strange and Alexa called me after hours to talk it over. I was able to drop my car off that night and when they worked on it the next day, they did not end up finding anything concerning. Rather than charge me for extra diagnostics that weren’t needed and upselling unnecessary services, they completed an oil change at a very fair price and arranged for me to pick my car up after hours. Extremely impressed with the honesty and customer service. As a woman, car repairs and dealing with mechanics can be an extremely stressful process. I had shopped around for the issues I was having with my vehicle and reached out to this shop, per some great reviews I had seen from other Gilbert residents. Alexa was very quick to respond and also quote me on the issues at hand. After choosing to have my car serviced here, they were very thorough on doing a full inspection prior to any work being completed and we’re very communicative every step of the way. They had the work completed without any issues or hiccups, and my vehicle is in great shape. I’d recommend this shop to anyone! The communication from Alexa is great! The pricing was phenomenal! She was able email me a quote and get me right in to repair my back brakes, total repair took less than 2 hours! They are great people and I will continue to use them for my car repairs ❤️
