Very nice people. Couldn't cross over the scale ⚖️ because of Issues. They came to me at a fuel stop at the state line. Had me up and running within hour or so . So, if you in the area of Vicksburg,MS and need some work done,give them a call.
I was pulling a travel trailer; I had a problem with the distribution hitch. Even though they were super busy, they interrupted their work and fixed my hitch problem; quickly and extremely competently. Great people and I highly recommend them. Sincerely, Randy.
Trailer ball was loose. They took it in on the spot and stopped everything they were doing to help. Tightened up the hitch so I could safely continue without charging a dime. Im not claiming they work for free. Definitely what america is about. Thanks.
While traveling from Tennessee to my home in East Texas in my RV and towing Kia on a tow-dolly behind it, on I-20 west bound just before crossing the Mississippi River in Mississippi, a fellow motorist flagged me down telling me that I had a problem and need to pull over to address it. When I stopped, I discovered that a wheel bearing on my tow-dolly was smoking badly and that all the fluid drained and was flung all over tire, and the tow-dolly. I limped off the interstate, pulled into a Circle K gas station, and looked for someone to come and fix my tow dolly. After doing a Google search for a repair facility, I found Owens Diesel Service... After doing a Google search for a repair facility, I found Owens Diesel Service in Vicksburg, MS, I called a talked to Ms. Becky and service technician Lum. We decided that since the hub was smoking and I was by myself, they would send me a Roll-back tow truck and he would bring an additional driver to drive my Kia to repair facility, towing the tow-dolly. They arrived within 20 minutes, loaded me up and off to the shop we went. Removal didn’t take to long and he quickly found that just the bearings, dust cover, fluid and gasket had to be replaced, went and picked up the parts and 2 ½ hours after the original phone call I was repaired, loaded back up and return to complete my trip home. The service was first class, price was great, and completed repair correct (I made it home without any delay). Being retired, traveling by myself and with a fixed income, you could ask for any better service than Owens Diesel Service provided. If you find yourself in a pickle and need a good & honest repair facility, I recommend this facility.
