Brought my laptop in for service. Chris was able to get my hard drive replaced and a new battery installed quickly. Customer service was prompt, transparent, and affordable. I would highly recommend using them for computer repairs and services!

Thought I was charged too much. I had tried to replace battery myself-10 minutes, but I wasn't sure how to disconnect battery cable so I brought it in. Charged $57 to unscrew 12 small screws and unplug the battery cable and reconnect. I can understand higher fees for diagnosis or other problems, but just 10 minutes to replace a furnished battery was extremely high. Also charged tax on service. Probably won't be back for other work when needed.
