I have had garage problems for couple days - waiting for the company installed the door for us will send someone to repair our door. After multiple calls to over 2 days to obtain a status update or a resolution of some sort, I gave up. I decided to make my own calls and used Google to find a contractor in Greenwich area. Overhead Door Spring Repair was the first company that pulled for me so I called; it rang twice and they picked up right away. They asked me what was wrong, I told them. Then a few minutes after he asked for my address, Richard promised to be here within the hour and he came right on time. Richard was very professional...
