Needed my garage door replaced immediately. Luckily I found Overhead Door Fargo. They were extremely prompt and professional. The final product was more than I could’ve asked for. Was a quick and easy experience. Will be using Overhead Door Fargo for all my garage door needs from now on.
Our garage doors were over 40 years old. We knew we needed new ones, but to be honest, we didn’t know where to start. We decided to stop in at Overhead Door of Fargo to begin the process and I’m so happy we did. Everyone from the front office, to the estimator and installers, were so helpful and professional. I can only give my highest praise to their communication process, keeping us informed and up to date on the project. The entire duration, from stepping into the store to completion, was only ONE week and the installation ONE day. 10 out of 10 would recommend getting a garage door here! They were so helpful from providing samples, getting us our estimate and installing the door quickly. We love the door and so do all the neighbors who are commenting on it!
First, I was impressed that I got same day service! I filled out the online request on a Saturday and was ready to phone right away on Monday and I got a call from Overhead before they were open! That was impressive! Next, Jerry was the person that came to repair our four and he was super! He quickly analyzed the damage and set immediately into the pair! He had all of the needed parts and quickly repairs the damage. Jerry not only repairs the door but then checks all parts of the door, lubricates the moving parts and gives me advice on what should do later. We have a double garage but with two doors. We had a broken spring and randomly called Overhead Head. The price was fair, the service was great, and the technician was knowledgeable. More than satisfied, I will be calling overhead door for any other garage door issues.
