Ramon was professional, proficient and patient! He was able to effectively troubleshoot and explain what happened (and the cause of the misalignment). Even though he fixed the garage door quickly and efficiently, he took the time to fully diagnose and evaluate both my garage doors. He went over and above by preventing any further deterioration to the other door which I so appreciated.
