We were able to schedule our service for the very next day after I called! Joe arrived in the window of time scheduled - called ahead so I could meet him there, fixed our door and adjusted it; works better now than before it broke!

Joe was awesome!! They gave us a time frame when we scheduled. We got a call when they were headed our way. We didn't have to wait around all day for someone to show up. They were in and out of here in twenty minutes at the most. Our garage door works perfect and we now have an extra remote. I highly recommend them!!
