Company requires a $65 “diagnostic” fee to help cover their outrageous prices. My door needed about $100 in parts my cost and lowest “repair”option was $868. All the while knowing they get their parts much cheaper than I can. They try to prey on the unacknowledged to make an outrageous profit. I can’t fathom $400 an hour for labor cost. Be advised that they feel a garage door is a luxury and you should pay a luxury tax to have it serviced. I seriously just needed the torsion springs replaced which was obvious from a simple visual inspection.
