Terrible service and communication. I needed bottom seals replaced in the beginning of September. A person stopped about a week later, tore half the old seal off left both the side door to the garage and the garage door open, used my ladder, and left it all like that. I had to call them again and they told me they had a service call. No excuse to leave my garage open and no communication. It's been about a month since their last communication. To bad the ratings don’t go into negative, had them work on one problem door & replace weatherstripping on a couple more. Apparently showed up to work on them since we got billed but weatherstripping was still hanging, problem door still doesn’t work. Called them but terrible experience there also, will be using a more reliable company going forward.

Asked for credit card information and we were told that they would not come unless we gave it. Never received a bill even after calling for one. Did not find out charge until credit card statement came and was almost double from price quoted. When called office said they would return call did after calling several times. And was return by receptionist only. Still waiting for results. Very poor service. Not even worthy of a 1 star for service. But would not post without any star.

It took forever just to get them to answer a call. Then I had to call back after they missed 3 scheduled appointments. When they did show to look at it they said the motor was shot! This was back in April. It is now November and after more failed attempts to get them there to fix it, I gave up. A friend told me about Dakota Doors! They were there the next day and informed me there was Nothing wrong with the door opener, but in fact the mother board was missing??? Where did it go? I'm very upset with Overhead Doors. I am definitely a Dakota Doors fan. 5 stars for Dakota Doors.

Jesse came to fix our few minor problems and showed up the very next day. I loved that he took time to explain things, showed me what he needed to do, he communicated everything he had done, he wanted to be sure that he fixed all our concerns . Wonderful personality, professional and personable!! Highly recommend!!
