I arrived in Seward in a rental car with a key fob that needed a battery. The owner dropped what he was doing to help me. In fact, he went above and beyond my expectations. Great guy. Highly recommended.
Steve is friendly, efficient, and forth coming with his knowledge, skills, and abilities. He identified the issue and resolved it. He was straight forward and treated me with respect, even though I'm not the best vehicle owner. He responded to the message I had left in a timely manner. He was honest about his workload and didn't make any promises. And he still managed to get me the service I needed.
Just wanted to thank Steve for all of his hard work. I called with no appointment (and he was booked) I had a problem ..yet despite his busy schedule already... he told me just come in understanding my circumstances.....there's not many willing and able mechanics that will do that! Steve at Outta Town Services is absolutely phenomenal. I picked up a screw in a run flat tire recently, and he was the only person I could find in town who would even consider looking at it. Steve was able to squeeze me in for a patch within two hours of me calling. When he was looking at the tires, he noticed that they were incorrectly aligned, and balding on the edge. He showed me where it was wearing unevenly, and where the reinforcing wires in the rubber were showing through. He took the time to explain the safety issue, and expressed genuine concern for my well-being in operating the vehicle. He wound up coordinating with my friend and a... Extremely reasonable prices, speedy communication, and an eye for safety and customer care across the board. I cannot say enough good things about Steve, and Outta Town Services, and will happily recommend them to anyone with vehicle care needs.
My car broke down on the road and had to be towed here. Robert and Steve took great care of everything. They replaced the starter and also fixed some electrical issues quickly and professionally. The whole process was smooth, and they explained the repairs clearly. I really appreciate their honest and helpful service—highly recommend this place if you need reliable car repair
