We had a great experience with OTD Plumbing. They upgraded our water heater to a tankless system, installed a water softener, and recently responded quickly to an emergency water leak just before Christmas. Zach did an excellent job, and both he and Jennifer communicated clearly and professionally throughout the process. I ask a lot of questions, and they always took the time to walk through everything with me. Their fast response during a stressful situation made a big difference, and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of their work. I’m really glad I found OTD and will use them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Out the door is by far and away one of the best plumbing services in the triangle area. Great and honest technicians and scheduling was a breeze. Wesley was our technician, but we have had several others over the years and all of them have been amazing. Want to call out Wesley especially for this most recent service in late December 2025. Their scheduling staff was also very helpful and communicative. (Thank you again, Jennifer). Our technician, Wesley, was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough during our appointment. The scheduling team (shout out to Jennifer!) made coordinating our service a total breeze! From text messages to courtesy phone calls, I felt informed and ready to welcome the technician to our home. Update: Stellar work by Wes in doing a water valve replacement and adding a clean access panel (previously none). Such excellent work! Fully explained, efficiently done. Hutch and his guys are great. They have been out to my house several times and have done excellent work. Fair prices and super responsive. I have also recommended the to several people and have always gotten nothing but great feedback. I highly recommended them for any plumbing issues, water heater issues, or full home water filtration systems.
