I had my Audi in here recently, dropping it off for the day. I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of service. The inspection notes were detailed and honest; no scare tactics were used, which are unfortunately all too common at repair shops. Jill, the service writer, provided quotes for everything, and I know the quotes are well below what the local Audi dealership would likely charge for the same jobs.
I will be trusting Ottohaus with all future services for my Audi.

My BMW literally died in their parking lot. The car wouldnt start and the engine was leaking oil. I thought the car was finished. Ottohaus did a great job fixing my car. They were honest and helpful and accurately troubleshot the problems and had the car fixed. I will always come back here and will always recommend to those in need.

Receptionist acted like I was an inconvenience and said they don’t have the software to work on a BMW with a tail lamp malfunction. This is an electric car but it uses the same software (ISTA) as any other BMW. Zero effort offered to help repair the car. This attitude surprised me because they have been awesome in the past with some issues on our Mercedes GL450. Edited Review to reflect a professional resolution to the issue.
