Bath Pro just finished a complete remodel of our 35 year-old master bathroom. From the start when Shawn reviewed our project and helped us with many suggestions to the finish when Rob completed all the work with great care and craftsmanship, we are very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Bath Pro for your bathroom renovation!
The process was very easy. I told Shawn my needs and wishlist items and he told me exactly what he could and could not do up front. No surprises with the installation or costs .Shawn is upfront about it all. My daughter loves her new shower and everyone who' has seen it loved it as well. I highly recommend Bath Pro and I will call him again when I'm ready to tackle my other bathroom.
Great job of tiling our shower. Professional, friendly, cleaned up each day before they left and when they finished. They blessed us by working us into their packed schedule. I would recommend them for you tile job. I would use them again.
We came across Bath Pro and met with their team at the Cincinnati Home & Garden expo 2024. Shawn, the owner, was very informative and answered our questions. In particular, he told us his company does more than just replacing the tub area, but could also help with our potential flooring repair. After some discussion, we contracted his company to do the work. Shawn came to our home a few times to set everything up. We were able to get on their books for late July-early August, which worked with our schedules. The team, including Rob and his son, came and got to work. They demolished the area and determined what subflooring needed to be replac... We came across Bath Pro and met with their team at the Cincinnati Home & Garden expo 2024. After this, they took care of everything else: placing our new flooring, installing the beautiful new shower area, painting the walls and ceiling, installing a new exhaust fan and removing & replacing the toilet. They completed the work while we were out of town last week. When we returned on Sunday, we had a brand new bathroom that looked fantastic. We were very appreciative of the work that was done and the professionalism of the team every step of the way. We now have a great looking bathroom that we feel will last for years to come.
