We highly recommend Osgard’s! Great, caring, REAL people- a true local business that cares. They made working with our insurance company (Nationwide) seamless after I hit my first deer (of course at least a 2-pointer) 2 minutes from home on Black Friday. They got it all taken care of as soon as they could, and my car looked sooooo good when it was done! When we noticed my car was a little louder than we remembered, they were absolutely amazing and helped us fix that too since it probably wasn’t from the accident, and they knew it had been a very rough Holiday season. I was rear ended,selected Osgar for my repairs . From start to finish the experience was nothing short of amazing! When I picked my car up it was spotless and looked brand new. They completed my repairs in 4 days! Edit(2/22/26) After contacting Osgar about lift gate issues I've been having since My car was returned, I was tild I needed yo yake the car to a dealer. Thankfully i was able to get into a dealer that same day as well as a gmc body shpp . The lift gate was not properly alligned and adjusted the wiring harness component was not securly installed which caused a short, the supports, power assist ,actuator, and struts were slightly bent... Excellent customer service and communication. They always answer the phone or called me directly back and addressed any and all questions or concerns I had. My vehicle was done early as well. Great work! I would have highly recommend them to anyone.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service. Scammers beware. After we had are truck picked up from this place, it has been nothing but a nightmare as they charged for parts and work and alignments that they NEVER did... 3 other certified mechanics looked at our truck and our bill, and were amazed on what this place so called fixed but did not, but charged for... Mike was zero help throughout the process and does nothing but argue basic questions most people would like to know when spending thousands on a simple insurance claim. I recently had my car repaired at Osgar’s Body Shop after hitting a deer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John was our contact and the entire process was super easy — they handled everything smoothly through my insurance claim and kept me updated along the way. My car was fixed quickly and looks like new again. Excellent service, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend Osgar’s if you ever need body repairs!
