First, the men sent were not what I was told-said Jarrod and he came with another man named Brian. They offered no identification and was not in a truck with company name. I had to ask, ‘are you Jarrod” and he could not give an explanation as why two men were here. Poor company policy! Brian read off ipad what everything would cost-I never saw the invoice for what was to be done. I even asked him to email it to me. I did receive invoice for $79 fee for coming. I would not use Osborne Plumbing or recommend it to neighborhood.

Chris and Brian are awesome! Super thankful for your fast and honest service. While I hope I don't have to call again anytime soon, Osborne is at the top of my list for plumbing service!

Jarrod and Brian are very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and then very adept at repairing a leaking hot water line hidden under a concrete slab! Both hard workers and not taryring until the job was completed
