Great company. Pleased with the entire experience. We requested the premium pick up and delivery service. We also requested that our rug be stored for an additional few months for a very reasonable fee. So here’ s the thing that makes them stand out in the customer service arena. The rug looks brand new after 6 years of foot traffic without any cleaning. I had a large wool area rug cleaned. It was picked up and returned quickly and the rug is perfectly cleaned. Noah and CJ took the time to make sure it was put back exactly as it should be and were very careful moving furniture.
