I have a Tesla Model S that no one was willing to do a differential oil change. The nearest Tesla dealer is in Charlotte and I was thrilled when they were willing to take it on. The whole customer experience was great. From getting and approving the estimate on my phone to the fact that they gave me a loaner when they could not get my car done the same day. As a former Volvo mechanic, I really recommend this shop!
Took my Jeep in for a complicated electrical repair. Matt stayed in constant communication with me about procedures and pricing and was even able to set me up with a loaner vehicle for a couple days during the repair. The Jeep is running great and their customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend for any and all vehicle repairs.
Very professional and communicative. They sent a detailed diagnosis along with photos of issues and an estimate for each recommendation. The issues they identified were things I’d known about and they didn’t tell me to fix a bunch of stuff that didn’t really need to be done (as other places have done). Prices were pretty standard and work was done quickly. Great to have my car back in good condition!
Awesome staff and proffesional mechanics whom treat my 2005 VW Jetta with care and kindness. They are highly recommended by me and are reasonably priced.
