What should be done if textbooks are out of stock?+
OrangeTech receives shipments of books daily prior to the semester start, so checking back often is recommended. Digital materials listed as "Inclusive Access on Canvas - Will Be Billed To Bursar" will be available automatically on Canvas at semester start.
Can textbooks be charged to a bursar account?+
Students enrolled for the current academic term without a bursar hold may charge up to $1,500 per semester at OrangeTech both in store and online, requiring login with O-KEY credentials.
Can technology items be charged to a bursar account?+
OrangeTech Technology accessories under $200 may be charged to a bursar account if enrolled and without holds. Items over $200, including computers and tablets, may not be charged to the bursar account.
Can clothing be exchanged for a different size?+
OrangeTech is available. Merchandise with receipt and instructions should be sent to University Store Attn: Returns, 120 Student Union, Stillwater, OK 74078.
DO NOT come here if you have a computer with Windows. They do not have the know how or the proper equipment to install a Windows OS. Took over a Week to install Windows 8 and they did not activate it or give me a product key to activate it. I was extremely disappointed at their knowledge of computers and lack of organization. Needless to say I will never recommend Orangetech to any of my friends. Absolute rubbish.

Do NOT buy your electronics here. They offer the 4 year warranty but if your computer breaks they don't fix it in a timely manner. My laptop has been with them for almost 2 months and they do not seem to be in a hurry to fix it. Bobby is also unprofessional. I would recommend going to a real store.
