Working with Optima was an amazing experience from estimate through construction. Communication was spot-on the whole way, the material selection made decisions easy, and the craftsmanship is truly top-notch. We love our new privacy fence and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dima was what sold us on your company? ! He arrived and immediately started explaining the differences in fences and the importances with them. He was very personable and kind, and answered all questions that we had. All the others that I had dealt with were rude and gave no information! Bohdan and Luis We’re both extremely hard-working and did a fantastic job on our fence. They arrived on time and answered all of our questions even the silly ones. The fence turned out better than I even expected! I was truly impressed with their work, Knowledge and professional! You guys really are the best in the business!

We've had our fence up for one month now and it's looking as good as they day we purchased it. It was built strong and precise. Eugene is a proper woodworker. This shows through in the attention to detail in his build. I would highly recommend his work to others.

Bohdan and his team did an excellent job replacing our fence. It took 2 days; one day 80 degrees and the second day 60 degrees and raining but they showed up and completed our job. I highly recommend Ilya and his crew from Optima Fence and Deck. They came on site on Friday and reviewed my needs, provided an estimate within 10 minutes. Ilya booked a temporary spot for Tuesday while I made up my mind. All other quotes were higher. So I called Ilya and confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the work. His crew showed up Tuesday morning on time and got the job done that day. Very professional, excellent communication and workmanship, excellent quality materials. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this job!

I heard about this Optima fence company through Facebook, and I had a very positive experience with them. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and took the time to carefully measure our fence project and answer our questions. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with the project due to our own circumstances, I truly appreciated their professionalism, punctuality, and respectful attitude. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a fence company.

They took on a small project for me for a very reasonable price: replacing four rotten posts around my vegetable garden with new cedar post-on-pipe. The new posts looks great and should last a very long time! The sole man on the job knocked it out in just a few hours. There was some miscommunication about whether the scope of the project included concrete removal, but this was clarified and resolved on the day of the job. He even offered to haul off an old garden gate I had laying around along with the other debris from the project, which saved me a trip to the dump! Would use this company again when it comes time to replace other posts.

[Updated] Company Owner is the Highlight Candidly, we had a bit of a rough start. I left an honest, but critical review due to one of the sales members not following up after reaching out multiple times. However, the owner reached out to me the next day with genuine concern and heard me out. He took full responsibility for the situation and made it clear he wanted to make it right. Over the next couple of days we discussed what I was looking for, my concerns, and educated me on the product offerings. I also want to highlight that the owner was patient with me as I tried to navigate replacement of a shared fence line with my neighbors as well. After all was said and done, we ended up scheduling a full fence replacement a few days later. The crew was on time, punctual, and professional. The fence looks better than it did when new, correcting all of the imperfection from the previous builder. I’m grateful that we were able to work this out and respect the hustle of entrepreneurs and small business owners. I’ll definitely work with the owner on future projects for houses that I’ll be remodeling in the Seattle metro area.

We had a short section of fence replaced, Optima did excellent work, showed up & completed as scheduled, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. All this while also being the best price of our 3 bids. Would use again.
