Gerard and Avery from O’Neill Plumbing replaced our water heater and kitchen faucet, and the whole experience was seamless. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and straightforward from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through my options and consistently recommended what made the most sense, rather than pushing unnecessary upgrades. I really appreciated their honesty and would absolutely recommend them.

Grateful to Tyler in the office for discussion about kitchen faucet options to replace what was failing. Also to Avery for installing new fixture in kitchen, as well as replacing failed cartridges in bathroom. Our vintage tub drain stop would no longer stay open. Avery had not seen this type of fixture and reached out others on O'Neill staff for suggestions. With their help, he figured out how to fix existing drain stop. Big thank you all around to O'Neill for knowledgable staff and great customer service. That is worth the price every time! O'Neill's price included the purchase of new kitchen fixture.

Working with O’Neill Plumbing was great. We had a leak in our main water line which was a huge crisis for us but they were very responsive when we reached out to them. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. Great customer service and amazing clean up after the work was done. They managed to somehow make a terrible situation a lot better.

We've used O'Neill for a couple of small jobs over the years and they always come quickly and do a great job really fast. Ricky H diagnosed where sewer gas was coming from and fixed it within a half an hour.

I wish I could rate this "Plumbing" repair shop one with a negative star if I could. I called them last week for a clogged drain in my kitchen and I specifically ask for a camera inspection. One of their plumbers showed up clearly not up to the task, no camera, he told me "cameras are useless anyway". To make a long story short, the technician got his electric snake stuck into something and he took 5 or 6 hours to get it unstuck maybe even longer. I told him at some point to cut the snake cable and leave it alone but he insisted and ended up costing me a fortune. O'Neill always does a great job. On time, friendly, efficient, no nonsense customer service. Just needed a couple small adjustments/repairs this time.

This week, I had a plumbing emergency; the water expansion tank above my water heater started leaking, and I suddenly had to deal with the unexpected water while minimizing the risk of damage to my condo unit and my neighbors. By some miracle, I found O’Neill Plumbing; one of their plumbers, Frank, was already in my building doing unrelated work for a nearby unit. I called the office number, and the person who answered helped me coordinate service quickly; Frank was able to replace the expansion tank that same day! Mike and Mike were great! Extremely quick to arrive, super professional, and very pleasant to work with. I had a break between the water meter and the house with an irrigation connection elbow joint. The fixed it quickly eith copper and pointed out a potential future problem with a shark bite connector and replaced that with copper for me too. This is the third time I've used O'Neill, much much better experiences than with other services and they will operate on time and materials.
