terrible service and rude. They had my car for 6 months and didn’t work on it one bit. We called to check in on it, the worker claimed he would work on it every single time we called. We even asked him if it’s the car or if he needs parts. He said that he has everything and continued to say he will work on it. We got frustrated and picked the car up. Will not be coming back.

These men always do a standup job anytime it comes to my Lexus. They are literally the only place around town that I would trust with My Car. They never have hassled me to do more than what was needed on my vehicle, Their prices are always the best and stand above the rest When it comes to affordability. They have my trust and my loyalty. They just replaced the engine on my 2017 Lexus RX 350 I am completely and utterly thankful that we have such an amazing Foreign car Shop locally. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anybody no matter what type of vehicle you have They are honest, kind, and fair across the board !

We have had 2 vehicles repaired at O'Neals. They were quick, efficient and very reasonable with their prices. We took our Tundra in with various lights on and turns out it needed a reset and not any real repairs. A lot of other businesses wouldn't have been so honest that it was a simple, inexpensive fix. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I will never take our cars anywhere else.
