I’ve been taking all my vehicles to One Time Auto Repair for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. The team is honest, reliable, and really knows what they’re doing. They always fix my cars right the first time and stand behind their work. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys are the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I haven't even picked my car up yet and I'm leaving a review. I searched for a mechanic and came across this establishment. Read a lot of reviews and everyone was RIGHT. Every employee here is kind and has great customer service. You don't feel ripped off like they're trying to get over on you especially being a woman. Prices are reasonable. Before you try to say they're expensive or charging you a crazy price go try the car dealership. They went above and beyond. Like finding this place actually feels like a blessing. The times we live in everyone is trying to get over on you it feels like. Times are really hard for all of us right now. To... I haven't even picked my car up yet and I'm leaving a review. To finally come across a business like this who really are trying to help people without them breaking the bank is outstanding. They take pride in making sure their customers leave happy and can still afford to put food on their table is beyond words. This indeed will be my households mechanic for any car service. Thank you guys so much.
Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 Stars) This is by far the best mechanic in town! They’re honest, reliable, and get the job done quickly. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust, but they always explain everything clearly and never try to upsell unnecessary work. Excellent service and great people — I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!
They are very professional, thorough, and clearly explain your options. They gave an accurate quote while fixing drum brakes on a Honda fit, and they kept the price under that amount. They also keep the old parts for customers to see what condition they were in and to verify all the work charged for was completed.
