Extremely honest and reliable staff! I have had both my husband's car and mine worked on here for the past couple years. It's nice knowing that your car will be fixed properly with quality materials. They can get busy at times so I suggest calling ahead if you're in a hurry!
I drop my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning no one never called to tell me anything haven’t started on my car or looked at my car and closed up and no one never called me or told me anything that oh we didn’t get around to fixing your car. You have to pick it up tomorrow. No one ever called and told me nothing as bad business
I have been a customer of One stop auto for years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and recommended friends and family to Tim and Venessa. I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5. I took my vehicle in to Stop because my check engine light came on and it was the thermostat. Tim told me that it would $450 plus tax and it would be about two days. I drove my car to the shop with only the engine light on. Tim had my car for over a week. After he fixed the thermostat every light on the dash was on and my car was non drivable. He said the engine was in default and he didn’t know what was wrong and I should take it to the dealer. Tim damaged the fuel injector, and... I have been a customer of One stop auto for years. I gave Tim the opportunity to fix this and he got nasty and told me to take him to court. Under no circumstances should a customer drive into a repair shop and then have to get their car towed out with no explanation as to what the problem was. This repair was clearly out of his league. The Cadillac Dealer called within an hour and told me what it was. He wasn’t even competent enough as a mechanic find out why all the lights on the dash were on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TO one stop auto because I ending up making TWO STOPS and the second one cost me $1851 dollars. Now he will write a rebuttal, make a bunch of excuses, and try to spin it instead of taking accountability. Lets see how he spins this. Remember DROVE IN WITH ONE LIGHT ON AMD TOWED OUT WITH 5 lights on. Those are the facts.
super helpful and professional people always do really good work for me and never leave me disappointed. They have done my transmission ,radiator and compressor plus my suspension plus much more.
Tim and his Puertorican worker are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with they move very slowly. Your car will be in that shop for weeks. I had to go get mine please 🙏 take your car somewhere else trust me you will be disappointed
