The back of my patio had sunk over the years to the point where water pooled against the house after rainstorms (not good). I finally got around to having 4 concrete raising companies come out to provide estimates for the job. 2 said that the brick steps to the 2 doorwalls would have to be removed which did not please me as replacing them would cost $$. His price was also very reasonable compared to the others so I went with him - a very wise decision.
Watching Ray and his crew do the job was quite fascinating to this recently retired engineer. Ray was a master of his craft the way he guided the pumping of the raising mixture into the different holes to make sure the rear of the slab was raised evenly - the rear edge of the patio was raised over 3" As it turned out, not a single crack anywhere was created which of course I was very pleased about. Even better, water now runs away from the house in rainstorms - no more drainage issues!

Ray was professional, provided me a quote same day and scheduled me right away. His crew was polite, professional and completed the job same day. Caulking was well worth it to do. Driveway looks like new. So happy with the outcome and results he was able to give us. The driveway was so uneven, cracking and steep. Now it’s level, safe and looks great.
