Chris came and picked it up within about and hour or hour and a half, and after having it for another hour he was able to give me a diagnosis and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to have it fixed. Will definitely go back and recommend them in the future. Very professional and efficient and kept communication open throughout the process.

Chris is amazing. He explained everything he was going to do to get my laptop back and working order. He came and picked it up at my house and dropped it back off to my house in the same day. Very trustworthy and quick service. 10 out of 10.

Chris is awesome. I had an issue with freezing on my gaming PC and after months of trying to figure it out I cracked and reached out for help. Chris gave me suggestions and recommendations and without even working on my PC led me to my issue; a faulty SSD. After swapping it out with a new one my PC runs perfectly. Chris will now be who I go to for any future issues beyond my skill and I recommend you do the same.

I bought a ASUS zenbook 14, and 5 days later the screen blacks out on me. I emailed Chris and he hurried to help me with my problem. Ultimately the device was defective and when Walmart wouldn’t give me back my money, Chris came up there and helped me personally get my refund and find a new computer.
