On Deck was wonderful to work with from start to finish on staining my newly built (after a year of settling) fence. Zach provided the initial quote and thoroughly explained the process. Summer was very responsive and kept me informed on the project timing with understandable rain delays. The finished product turned out beautifully. Will certainly be using more of their services in the future!

The spray washing team and the sanding / staining team of EVAN, ERIC, JAKE AND JULIAN were outstanding! From the time we got the estimate from ZACH to the time the job was completed, the communication and workmanship were excellent! SUMMER was the person we spoke with throughout the job and she was thorough, prompt and so friendly. We found On Deck Services from a sign posted in our neighbors yard who had their deck remodeled by this company. We all give 5 stars and many thanks! (The solid stain color we chose is called Chocolate.). They replaced a few of the floor boards and also added a lattice to a portion of the bottom of our deck so... I had the pleasure of using On Deck Services to wash, clean, and stain a new deck. On Deck Services has a team of professionals that help at multiple portions of the work. Zach is the salesman who comes out to inspect the area and go over options. Zach was very helpful at describing the color options, how the entire process would work, and answering all questions that we had. Zach also went out of his way to come for a second visit to help us narrow down to a stain color because we were undecided. Summer was there to help guide us through the process as well, and she helped answer all of my questions and really went the extra mile. Eric and... Our deck is fairly new, but it takes the full brunt of the sun and it required some good sanding. We also just had a patio put in and we made it clear that we didn't want to get any stain on the patio. Eric and Christian taped and covered the entire patio and house to make sure that everything kept clean. It was quite windy the day of, and there were some very minor spots that did get stuff on it, but that is of no fault of their own and any they had the perfect stuff to clean anything right up if need be. The amount of time and effort that they put in to sand, seal, and stain was very welcoming. The finished product looks great. They really put in the effort to try and do things right and came away with a great result. Are there a few spots here and there that didn't get perfectly stained, or some spots that could still use more sanding? Sure. But On Deck Services really went above and beyond and I am very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend On Deck Services to anyone who does not want to put in their own time power washing and staining a deck.
