I have been using Spectrum Tech since 2007. I highly recommend this company because they have been great with their service, knowledge, and support for our growing companies. They have fast response when we have network/hardware problems. We grew from a company with about 5 computers to now over 50 computers doing medical charting. We have near to none down time and they monitor all our computers nightly. Sometimes they see a problem with our hardware before we even know that we have a issue. If your job depends on computer networking, servers, wireless connection, backups, etc. your information will be safe with these guys.

Branch Real Estate had a serious problem with our email accounts. Thinking that it was AT&T because of the recent disaster, I kept contacting them. After one week, we contacted Spectrum Tech and discovered that our problem started in England and went several other places before Joe Moreland was able to track all the paths down. He was able to open another account for us to operate with until each part was contacted to be able to pull our website, email and all the other parts back together. It was a champion project. Thankfully, he finished up today! In the process we realized the other assets that Spectrum Tech can bring to our busines...Branch Real Estate had a serious problem with our email accounts.
