I recently had a great experience with a local furnace repair company in Boulder. My furnace, which is still fairly new, started leaking water inside the house. After searching for authorized repair services, I found this company and called them for help. Douglas, who handled my call, gave me a clear quote and set up a quick appointment to look at the problem instead of pushing me to replace the whole unit right away. When Douglas arrived, he was very polite and professional. He wore shoe covers every time he came inside and made sure to keep everything clean while working in the basement. When Douglas arrived, he was very polite and professional. He wore shoe covers every time he came inside and made sure to keep everything clean while working in the basement. He carefully inspected the furnace and found that the leak was caused by a clogged drainage pipe. He replaced the pipe right away and made sure everything else was working perfectly before finishing up. I appreciated that he was honest and did not try to upsell or suggest unnecessary repairs. Compared to another company I contacted before, who barely looked at the furnace and immediately recommended a full replacement, this experience was much better. I feel fortunate to have such a reliable and trustworthy furnace repair service here in Boulder, especially with the cold Colorado winters. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing furnace repairs.

We recently needed heater repair in Boulder after a power surge damaged our old unit. I wanted to make sure we got a high-quality heating system, so I did my research and found some top brands. While I had dealt with another company before, I decided to get a second opinion and reached out for a quote. Douglas came out to our home very quickly, which was great since the colder Boulder weather was just around the corner. He was much more thorough than anyone else we spoke with. Douglas checked all the details, including our home’s interior and exterior, the ducts, and even asked about which rooms felt less comfortable. Douglas checked all the details, including our home’s interior and exterior, the ducts, and even asked about which rooms felt less comfortable. I was really impressed with how much attention he gave to our needs. The quote was fair, and the whole experience from start to finish was smooth and pleasant. When there was a small issue with a part, Douglas and his team quickly replaced it, so there were no delays. The new heating system and some upgraded ductwork were installed in just a few days. The crew was careful to protect our new carpet in the basement during the job, which we really appreciated. Douglas even helped us work with our insurance company to make sure the claim was paid, going above and beyond what we expected. I can honestly say we had an excellent experience, and I would gladly recommend Douglas and his team to anyone in need of heater repair or installation in Boulder.

After moving to Boulder, I needed to replace my old AC unit and furnace. I found Omni HVAC Repair through a Google search and decided to go with them because of the great reviews. I’m glad I did! They answered my first call on the weekend within a couple of hours and quickly figured out what was wrong. By Monday morning, I received detailed quotes for new HVAC equipment, and my installation was scheduled just over a week later—impressive for the busy summer season. The installation process went smoothly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and kept the workspace clean.
