The front staff was very polite, courteous and very helpful. My new windshield and window tint turned out perfect. They even gave me a ride back to work. I haven't had customer service like this in a long time. Thank you Omaha Glass Co.
Jeremy was great. Great communication and he did an excellent job of applying my PPF or clear bra to my new car. The staff was nice and knowledgeable too.
I have used this business for 3 different vehicles and felt comfortable in them being a small business that they would honor the work they completed. The last vehicle had a rear window installed in may. Last night I took my truck to a self car wash and the window they replaced shattered. I called to give them a chance to make it right and they didn’t have much interest in that. I hate writing negative reviews as I support small businesses but compassion and integrity go along way. Multiple local competitors beat their price by a couple hundred dollars on a $500 window. Integrity is everything and their lack of forced me to shop other compani... Jadin at the front desk and Matthew in the back were great! My rear view mirror fell off and they got me in quick and got it re-attached quick! They were super professional as well! Highly recommend Omaha Glass Co!
These guys always do a great job. I think I’m on my fourth or fifth Chip they fixed on the same windshield. They usually get the work done within 15 minutes.
