Ben earns this 5 star review from a first time home buyer. Knowing that we were green in our experience, Ben thoroughly walked us through the items he was looking at. He spent extra time giving us maintenance tips on the HVAC unit and things to watch for. His report is well organized, complete, and a manual for future maintenance and repair tasks. Did I mention he is punctual? As in, extremely punctual. Being a veteran, this is no surprise. We thank Ben for being pleasant, fun, thorough, timely, and organized.

Benjamin did a great job for us on our new home inspection. He spent time with me on the phone after the inspection clarifying various items in the inspection. He was patient and kind and we really appreciated his time.

Ben was great! He showed up before us. He took time to answer any questions I had and to explain the potential for future repairs. He was thorough and made sure to inspect the attic and crawlspace as well. His report was very detailed and we highly recommend him!
