I have had my desk, dressers, and wardrobe refinished by this wonderful company and all I have to say is wow! They do such great work and are such lovely people! They brought my 1932 furniture into the new century!
I spoke to Patrick several times to pick up my couch for repair. First time we spoke, he said they'd "come next week" to get it. When I asked which day he said he'd let me know the week of. The week came and went and I never received a phone call. I reached back out the following week and asked why they never came and he said they were supposed to be in my area but plans changed so they never came out. He should have at least called and let me know that. Then he told me they'd be in my area the following Tuesday. I asked how well it be confirmed (i.e. email, text, etc). I was told they won't confirm and that they will just be at my place betw... I spoke to Patrick several times to pick up my couch for repair. I was told they won't confirm and that they will just be at my place between 9 and 12 on Tuesday. Tuesday morning came and went and they never showed up. My wife took out the time in her busy schedule to be home for the 3 hours. I tried to reach back out after that both via phone and email and have not received a response. At this point, we will be using a different company but wanted to share my experience here just in case somebody else can be saved from the same trouble.
