We were looking for a gas insert for our fireplace. Another local dealer failed us miserably with very poor customer service. In sharp contrast, we were treated with wonderful service here. The products and the process were thoroughly explained, and all of our questions were answered. The working timeline was also much shorter than with the competitor. We are very happy with our choice!
I would like to extend my appreciation to the staff. We purchased a wood stove insert in December. The installation crew was friendly and professional! After using the unit for a short time we realized it was undersized for the space. We had a follow up appointment within a few days to look the product over and within a few weeks had a new larger unit installed perfectly again. Can’t say enough about the service at every level! You get what you pay for! That’s excellent service with awesome products when you do business with Hadley Hearth and Home. Thank you!!
I purchased a Fireplace Xtrordinair Flushwood Large Arch Nexgen hybrid wood burning insert exactly 1 year ago. I could not be more satisfied with the unit or the buying experience. The Insert performs fantastic and is currently heating my entire split level home, on top of the fact that it looks amazing in my living room. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain the differences between the different units and were able to answer my million questions. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I shopped all over New England for this purchase and these guys had the best price overall. Ive gone back a few tim... Matthew, gave my Jotel gas stove a tune up today. New parts which I was given options for and prices. He was a delight to work with. As a woman I sometimes get taken advantage from men working on my home. NOT today. It feels Sooo good to have an honest worker who explains everything, gave me options, did all the work expected and a little more. The fire looks awesome with the magic dust. Bought a glass door with screen. Had service at home to fix screen 2 times never fix the problem the put in the wrong screen for this fireplace keeps falling will never deal with the company again ther a ripoff my name Susan And Steven Sowa 91 Shaw St., Belchertown I have paperwork that shows the wrong screen was put in these glass doors no it’s up to youTo take care of this situation before I cancel this review or take further measures
