Went to acquire about some cushions. I explained what I wanted and asked if he can do it the way I asked. He said yes then proceeded to tell me all the things he would prefer to do to “save” me money. 1st off, I wasn’t asking for you to save me money. I’m well within budget for the cushions. But because I didn’t want to adhere to his preferred method he decided I was “arguing” and threw me out. He was arguing with himself over the fact that I wasn't worried about the price of using extra fabric. His method required extra substrate that wouldn’t have let me remove the fabric from the foam to be washed. He clearly didn’t want the business. I’m...Went to acquire about some cushions. Matt and Natasha did an exquisite job reupholstering our four Stickley kitchen chairs, whose original upholstery was "genuine" leather. We now have real leather, which feels and looks great. Matt and the Old Town Upholstery team's craftsmanship is exceptional. I searched three years for a company I could trust to reupholster my chairs. Once I met the team, my search was over. Old Town Upholstery transformed two casual, plain chairs into something elegant yet comfortable. I love the custom detail on the back of the chairs.
My worn recliner seat cushions were also reupholstered in this project. Next up, two plain ottomans in my foyer.
