Old Town AUTO Repair (HYBRID)

What a great experience! I saw them in late January for a state inspection and oil change. (On the website I was just able to sign up for the state inspection but in person they said they had time for the oil change too.) I ended up needing a number of things to pass and they actually drove to get the parts so it would be done some day. The service here is exemplary and the people really know their stuff. It was so refreshing to go somewhere where customer service was so highly prioritized. I also had a great experience with the office staff. Everyone is just so helpful here.

Great mechanic shop. My wife’s car broke down and I heard good things about old town auto. Took my car on Tuesday morning around 10 am and had it repaired the same day. It needed a starter. The shop diagnosed it quickly and ordered the parts and did a great job. They’re very reasonable, I was expecting to pay much more . Bottom line. Professional and honest shop. Highly recommended.

This is a very experienced and honest mechanic. He fixed my 270,000 mile Prius hybrid w rebuilt engine and in-line batteries. He also helped repair under support system in my near-classic Jaguar. Very reasonable rates.
