Rip off. Came out just to take my deductible from warranty company and was in and out in 5 mins. Guy roughly pulled toilet off and cracked the ring around the pipe. Next day came back with a quote for $1200 talking about break tile and dig under toilet which warranty people denied. With three house with choice home warranty they believe them over me. So yes I canceled service for my three house with them too. Called another company, COE,s PLUMBING and they did the job for $300 without break the tile floor or doing any digging. They replaced the ring under toilet without doing any of the things this company said that needed to be done. They even fixed the issue for no extra charge that this company caused just to get extra money from warranty company Just see homeowner and see $$$. Not recommending at all!

Use them through Choice Home Warranty the technician came out and looked at the line and said I had a o-ring dry rotted and it was leaking so therefore warranty would not cover it since it was a wear item. After I took the line apart it was cracked was not a bowling was charged $100 and had to fix it myself when actually it was a crack in the water line not that old ring very inexperienced technician there did take it apart to look to verify what was actually wrong with it just looked at it.
