Had a tire fail before the facility was open about 50km from the store. Called ahead and got the tires we were looking for. Arrived for quick service and sent on the way! Great service from this team!
My family was in Grand Forks for the weekend, and my brother and I went on a wee adventure, resulting in a destroyed tire. We tried one of the other tire shops, and they couldn't help us, didn't have the right size in stock. Went to OK Tire and the service was nothing short of spectacular. They had the right sized tire, and within 15 minutes we were back on the road again. They went above and beyond, and even checked out the other tires to make sure the pressure was perfect and we were safe to travel. Literally the best service experience ever!! HIGHLY recommend!!
Our truck broke down in Christina Lake so with recommendations from friends we had it towed to OK tire in Grand Forks, I called at 8 am and talked to Lance who took my information and concern promptly. Mid afternoon got a call the truck was fixed and ready to go. I was extremely happy with repairs cost and the service they provided!! Thanks
Cody and the team at OK Tire worked hard to fit our truck in during a rush after the long weekend. Not only did they install the parts we ordered after running a diagnostic scanner, they ordered an additional part commonly needed for our repair if needed. In the end, we were only charged for what was installed and were very grateful for the fair cost. After the repairs were complete, Cody's knowledge and care gave us the peace of mind we needed to get our kids safely to Vancouver Island.
I called them in Grand Forks, BC to ask a simple question about parts and labour costs for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the response I received was rude and dismissive. The person on the phone told me he’s “not putting my parts on for no reason,” without even taking the time to understand my inquiry. This kind of attitude is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. As a customer, I expect respectful and helpful communication—especially when I'm trying to give a business my time and money. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are trained to treat every caller with professionalism and courtesy...
