Had a very positive experience with Kevin from OK appliance repairs. I called him on Tuesday he came on Wednesday within the hour that he said he was going to come. Not only was he on time he was pleasant and thorough with checking my washing machine. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Call OK Appliance first! I was able to actually call on a Saturday and receive an estimate on the phone! The service call arrival time was only a 30-minute range. Kevin was on-time; very professional; and was finished quickly. The price estimated was within the range quoted. I definitely recommend OK Appliance for repairs!
Over time we’ve spent a great amount of money here, several family members have purchased appliances from them as have I. Stove, washer, dryer for me. I had problems in the past with another repair but I let it go and did not leave a review, however recently the transmission went out on my 7 year old washer. They put a new one in under the 10 year warranty and I had to pay the labor which was fine. Picked it up and took it home. Started using it. And makes this awful noise when agitating the clothes mind you it has never made this noise before it’s always been a very quiet running washer. I recorded it and emailed them the clip and they just made an excuse saying the noise it was making is normal for my type of washer and it did not sound like the older styles....mind blown. I’m sure something was not put back together correctly and they won’t own up to their mistake and make it right so I’m done with them only reason I purchased from them was in hopes to keep money in our local community. I won’t ever again. I’m completely fine with letting my money go to the big box store named Lowe’s tomorrow to replace the washer and dryer. That is how disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. I hope this helps people understand what they are getting into when they purchase here.
Called and was put on the schedule for THAT DAY. Super professional and timely. Fixed it up and explained what the issue was in under an hour. And it was pretty affordable.
Nice technician, but it almost makes more sense to just replace it than to fix it or call a technician. I had them come out for 5 min to tell me it’s broken and need a new one and it’s a $75 service call charge. I understand the service call job on a business side of things, but at least have the $75 be put towards purchasing a new dishwasher or applicable from you guys. Overall, I got a better deal for a better dishwasher at Best Buy, as their showroom wasn’t just ok.
