Oilstop Drive-Thru Oil Change + Car Wash

Been using them several years now. They are always courteous attentive and informative. No pressure to do anything extra. They explain everything as they go and are just great. Went to the Stevens Street location in Medford Oregon and this last time was attended by Tyler. He was great. Really appreciate the free car wash with service. Definitely well stay a repeat customer as well as refer others to them. Recently moved to Klamath Falls this past weekend and was informed that there is going to be an oil stop coming to the area soon so I really look forward to being able to stay with the same company.

I usually take my car to the Ashland location, but this time I went to the Medford shop—and both places deliver the same high-quality service. CP was especially attentive and made sure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. They took care of several things in one visit: oil change, wiper blade replacement, engine oil and fuel additives, tire pressure, engine filter, and transmission fluid check. Everyone was professional,energetic, friendly, and thorough. They didn't make me feel like I had to buy, but let me know concerns about certain things my car was needing. I came away from Oilstop, on Steven's, & Biddle, confident my car & I had been well taken care of. I will definitely go there again,

They are amazing! always talk you thru each step, and show you examples of fluids. they answer questions and go above and beyond just doing their job. We love coming here to get our oil changed on all our cars. They are very transparent with their products and prices.

I normally do my service at the Ashland Oilstop, and have for years. Everyone there has always been great. This past week, I was in Medford and it was exactly at the time I needed to due my regular service, and I have to say that the gentle there were equally as fantastic and knowledgeable. Great to know both shops employee some the most efficient and personable people. Thanks for the great experience Medford!!!!
