Absolutely five-star experience. The staff who handled my initial inquiry was kind and informative, and I was able to schedule quickly. The professional, Matthew, who came to inspect and sweep my chimneys was prompt, thorough, and took the time to explain things, educate me, and answer all of my questions. The pricing was also very fair. I will be calling you again in the future!
Dave, Levi, and their two helpers were excellent. Cleaned, ground old mortar, repointed the mortar, and sealed the exterior of my stone fireplace and chimney. First class job. Reset my peace of mind. I highly recommend Ohio Chimney.

We began experiencing problems with our vented fireplace. The remote would not communicate with the fireplace, so it was unusable. I searched for a company who could service our particular fireplace and finally found the Ohio Chimney Company. The people there were kin, courteous and understanding. They set up a service call to diagnose the issue. They determined that the computer board that operates the fireplace went bad. I ordered a new board and had Ohio Chimney come back to do the installation. After one hour, we had heat! Thanks so much to Cory, Dave and our service technician Eric for an outstanding experience!
