I rarely write reviews but really had a stellar experience with OGD. We called them first thing on a Monday morning for a broken track on the garage door. They had a technician out by 10AM. He was courteous and did a great job fixing the problem.

He presented three options for repair, with detailed explanations of the features of each option. Once we chose an option, he worked diligently to complete all work.
