After a not-so-stellar experience with OD.com, Jackie at this Office Depot store got on top of it and fixed everything! Next time, I'm going directly to this store! Thank you to the staff there who helped get the replacement done! It was a great experience.

This place is great and the customer service is 10/10 the cashier madsion helped me find everything I needed and was so kind and patient with me the whole time I was there. Great products, very good quality and good variety.
0/5 stars Trying to order items online shows they have in stock only on by default was trying to do an order for pickup added item to cart shows its out of stock but if i drive an hour and a half i can pick it up today..... what is the point of having a website and 99% of your stuff is not in stock or you change it to delivery ( because it shows same day delivery available ) then it swaps it to 5-7 days for delivery no wonder Amazon is killing off all these companies
