The guy inside called me stupid for building a PC To play video games on. Told me he was unable to update a motherboard bios And then kept asking where else I was going to take it. After he calls me stupid it doesn’t matter where I’m going. I can’t recommend this place. He didn’t even have the courtesy of turning the power supply off before unplugging the tower. Looking at other reviews, I’m not the only person that he treats like this. You probably have to be a family or friend to get decent servic. Edit: Took about three hours, but I managed to update the bios myself turns out it’s not impossible. I suppose I should think oasis for saving... Took my computer to be fixed, the gentleman was rude from the start and he refused to fix my machine (said it was too old ) and sold me another computer on which he had installed remote hacking software which he uses to steal data and control the computers he sells. Had the software removed or so we thought only to find that we cannot access the computer because he changed the passcode. DO NOT EVER BUY A COMPUTER FROM THIS PLACE
Walked in just to get looked at crazy and not greeted, Asked for help just to get looked at crazy some more. Asked again and told him I was the guy on the phone that just spoke to you, Guy points his finger says nothing while holding his finger their for intentionally to long being rude for no reason (I even walked up to the counter) then proceeds to tell me to take a seat. Yeah ain’t gonna be coming here again or recommending anyone to this place. Don’t believe these fake good reviews, these people are judgmental rude and no help at all.
He's a very passionate liberal with the mouth of a sailor but knows his stuff...this place is not for the easily offended
