I sent him some pics, and he walked me through everything step by step, answering all my questions like a pro. Fast-forward a week, his crew shows up and absolutely crushes it. The team was awesome—super friendly, explained the whole process, and made sure I was in the loop the entire time. They did a FANTASTIC job on my floors. They were quick and the floors look amazing! They were also very patient when we realized three of the boxes had broken but it was an Internet special flooring. They gave me time to purchase the replacement product and for it to come in and quickly came over to finish the job. Thanks so much Alex and Emerson! The price was GREAT and the work was professional and flawless.
