Nugent’s Appliance Repair

I cannot speak higher of Nugent’s Appliance Repair. They were excellent, super friendly and professional!!! Caleb came out for a warranty claim on our washing machine. He serviced and ordered the products for repair. He came out for the repair, but the supplier had sent the wrong product. He reordered and the supplier sent the wrong product again. He reordered a third time and the supplier finally got it right. All the while Nugent’s and Caleb held their cool and ended up having to coming out four times. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they made it right! If you have an appliance issue, I would highly recommend their services.

Caleb came to service our Maytag dishwasher and I had the best experience. He was very personable and friendly. His knowledge on dishwashers and other appliances was excellent. He even shared a few tips that I will definitely put in to my routine to help keep my appliances do their job better and last longer. Thanks Caleb

10/10 recommended to everyone. Caleb has went out of his way several times to make sure the problem was fixed with my dryer. He’s easy to talk to, understanding, and gets the job done quick! Appreciate what he’s done!

Caleb is a very nice polite young man that we have known for many years. Even coached this fine young man in little league baseball. Which caleb was a very good baseball player as well. Now he owns his own business and he does a great job. He is very honest and will do you a great job. We called him and someone actually answered the phone and set our appointment in two days. Caleb showed up on time like he said he was going to do. I strongly suggest if you need or want your appliances fixed and he can fix them all then Caleb is your man. We are so proud of this young man.

Caleb came to see what I needed the same day I called for a repair. Two days later he was here with the part and had my oven fixed in less than 30 minutes. Friendly, professional service that I would recommend to anyone.
